Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. In this vital role, you will support financial operations, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial transactions, including processing invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate records of financial documents and transactions
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Reconcile accounts and monitor expense reports for accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Assist in payroll processing and related administrative tasks
• Contribute to audits by providing necessary documentation and support

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in finance or bookkeeping is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
