Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle accreditation processes and endorse applications to Singapore (SG) for enrollment.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain supporting documents for audits and compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting and finance-related documents.
• Perform other finance, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of BIR regulations and Philippine taxation is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting processes is an advantage.
