FINANCE ASSISTANT

About the role

Assist in daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial data entry. Maintain and update accounting records, supporting documents and financial filing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, claims and other financial documents
• Assist with bank reconciliation, petty cash management and monitoring of financial transactions
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense summaries and project expenditure records
• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers and subcontractors regarding invoices, payments and financial matters
• Assist in monitoring budgets, cash flow and project-related expenses
• Support internal and external audits by preparing the necessary financial documents
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company procedures and applicable requirements
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good communication, organisational and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to communicate, write, and read in Chinese
