Finance Assistant

About the role

The Finance Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and finance support, ensuring smooth clinic operations, proper documentation, accurate financial records, and timely coordination with branches and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with payment requests, reimbursements, liquidations, and supporting documents.
• Review payment requests and documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals.
• Ensure all required attachments, approvals, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents are complete.
• Prepare and maintain finance monitoring reports, trackers, and schedules.
• Update and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for finance-related documents.
• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing finance documents.
• Coordinate with branches and departments regarding petty cash liquidations, branch expenses, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on pending requirements from branches and other departments.
• Assist in processing payment schedules and management reports.
• Monitor payment status and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.

✔ Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

✔ Responsible and trustworthy in handling confidential financial information

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage
