What they need
- Review, analyze, and approve Expense Applications submitted by various departments.
- Monitor and analyze monthly accrued expenses and ensure proper recording and reconciliation.
- Prepare, record, organize, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports and supporting documents.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of government reportorial requirements, including BIR and PEZA requirements.
- Handle cash receipts and disbursements, including regular cash counts and verification of cash balances.
- Process bank deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and record accounting journal entries and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting and financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, banks, and government agencies regarding accounting and financial matters.
- Provide accounting and treasury support to other team members and perform other related duties as assigned.
