About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Finance Assistant

to support the day-to-day work of our Finance Team, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable and credit control. It's a great opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across the finance function while taking ownership of the customer side of our cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collections follow-up –

  Monitor outstanding customer balances and chase overdue invoices by email and phone, escalating where needed, getting involved in dispute resolution.

• Cash allocation –

  Record customer receipts and match payments to open invoices, keeping the sales ledger accurate and up to date.

• Accounting records and Month-end close –

  Reconcile Accounts Receivable balance sheet accounts as part of the month-end close, and keep the records accurate.

• Audit –

  Support the external audit by preparing documentation and answering auditor requests.

• Continuous improvement –

  Identify and help implement improvements to finance processes and controls.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in Finance or Accounting – Relevant qualifications preferred (no previous experience required)
• Proactive and problem-solving – Looks for solutions and spot what needs to be addressed and organize his own workload.
• Good communicator – Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers and other partners.
• Good command of Excel; and exposure to an ERP (ideally SAP) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish – Additional languages are a plus!
• Thrives in a Dynamic Environment – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

• Annual Gross Salary 24,000 – 28,000 EUR
