About the role
Finance Assistant position with OFERO, one of the fastest-growing electric mobility companies in the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Manage cash handling and bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper financial documents and records
- Process accounting and bookkeeping tasks
About you
- College graduate with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Management Accounting, or a related course
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Organized and able to maintain proper financial documents and records
- Good time-management and multitasking skills
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Trustworthy and highly responsible, especially when handling confidential financial information
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay/Manila
