Finance Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle suppliers’ invoices, including checking, processing, filing and record keeping.
2. Prepare payment requests and follow up on supplier payments.
3. Maintain supplier records, quotations, contracts, statements and outstanding payment lists.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on invoice discrepancies and overdue payments.
5. Assist with staff claims, expense reimbursements, receipts and other financial documents.
6. Handle daily administrative duties, data entry, document filing and office supplies purchasing.
7. Communicate with suppliers and follow up on procurement and delivery matters.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in finance, accounting or administration is preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic office applications.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
5. Proficient in both Chinese and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Experience in the construction industry or supplier management is an advantage.
