Duties and Responsibilities

1. Recording of Incoming Payments: Accurately and promptly record customer payments, including cash and online transactions, in the accounting system.

2. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain the Daily Cashiers Report to ensure accurate and complete payment records.

3. Cash Management Compliance: Ensure stores comply with financial regulations and internal policies related to cash handling and management.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of required documents for tax identification, business permits, and licenses.
• Ensure proper documentation and clearance from government agencies for store TIN and POS cancellations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices.
• Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
