Finance Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Keep track, compile and reconcile payments, fees and expenses from offline and online platforms
• Receive, monitor and organize invoices and other accounts payable documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for all accounts payable records
• Ensure the safekeeping and confidentiality of sensitive financial documents
• Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and reviews
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding accounts payable matters
• Support the accounts payable team with administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies

About you

• 1-2 Year experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or finance department
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work 6 working days
