What they need
Process due and demandable loan and other payables (credit card/personal loan)
Process foreign payables (TT’s)
Verify and check PO’s (foreign supplier) for payment
Process TT’s to OCBC and other foreign transactions
Facilitate the preparation of documents needed for bank transactions
Preparation of reports needed for duties and taxes
Preparation of documents needed for approval of the signatory
Make Journal Entries on SAP for online payments (taxes/duties & taxes/SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
Preparation of deposit slips for local payments to supplier, employees’ budget requests and collections
Submission of due and demandable for next week’s transactions (local and foreign)
Monitoring of foreign payables and advances to supplier
Monitoring of due and demandable payables
Filing of documents related to finance
Ensures that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001:2015
Ensures the integrity of the QMS is maintained
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
