We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our fast-growing construction company in Woodland Hills. If you’re organized, enjoy helping customers, and want to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement, we’d love to meet you.
What We Offer:
- $22–$25 per hour
- Monday–Friday : 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM ( Full time Schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the financing and loan process
- 1 year of finance experience is mandatory
- Prepare, organize, and track loan documentation
- Provide administrative support to the finance and project management teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth customer experience
