Finance Assistant / Executive (Temporary)

• You are required to prepare and complete the monthly closing activities for AR / AP function and management of residents’ arrears, etc.
• You will assist in the monthly preparation of balance sheet schedules and bank reconciliations.
• You will also be involved in audit and tax-related matters, as well as any ad-hoc duties assigned.
• You may be required to attend to residents at the counter and handle cashiering duties for the collection of payments and assist residents in the completion of GIRO and credit card application forms when the need arises.
• You may be required to assist in general administrative duties, which include filing of receipts, customers’ updates and other necessary documents when the need arises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Accounting with min 1 - 2 years relevant working experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
• People oriented with a willingness to learn.
