Finance Assistant Intern

About the role

This is an internship position supporting the finance team with daily financial operations and document management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and entering daily financial data
• Assist in invoice processing and related document preparation
• Assist in reviewing selected expense reimbursement documents
• Assist in sorting and filing financial documents and supporting materials
• Provide other support as assigned by the finance team

About you

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related majors
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused
• Strong learning ability and basic data processing skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other common office software
• Available 3–5 days per week for an internship period of at least 2 months
