Responsibilities

New part-time opportunity for a Finance Assistant - Intern to join the Bruker Regional Finance Team based in Brazil.

• Support freight quotation requests and follow-up activities;
• Assist with handling, movement, and organization of parts and materials;
• Coordinate routine logistics activities with carriers and service providers;
• Receive, identify, label, and store materials in designated locations;
• Support inventory management and warehouse organization;
• Prepare outbound invoices (DANFEs) and assist with shipping and dispatch activities;
• Support order review and processing activities;
• Maintain operational records and update finance departmental controls and reports.

Qualifications

• Active College student with courses in progress to achieve Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related areas.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong oral and written fluency in English language
• Strong written, computer, quantitative communication and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency
• Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements
• Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
