Finance Assistant Manager

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund allocation, and liquidity management.
• Handle banking activities, including bank facility administration, loan utilization, and banking relationship management.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital to support business operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external banks regarding financing, guarantees, and treasury-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, banking regulations, and support internal/external audit requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Audit, preferably with exposure to banking facilities.
• Prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (Big 4 or reputable firms) with audit engagements involving treasury and banking facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, loan administration, bank facilities, financial instruments, and banking documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) being an advantage.
