Finance Assistant Manager

• Assist in overseeing daily finance operations and ensure all processes run in accordance with company SOPs.
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Support monthly closing processes and preparation of financial reports.
• Analyze financial reports and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and financial planning needs.
• Ensure payment processes and financial administration are completed accurately and on time.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor and evaluate operational cost efficiency.
• Supervise and guide the finance team in daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with prior experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, AP/AR, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, South Jakarta.
