FINANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER

The proposed candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting and finance

• Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage

Strong knowledge in:

• Control general ledger, inventory control, account payable, account receivable and order entry transactions
• Ensure all management, consolidated account and statutory reporting submissions are done on timely and accurate basis.
• Ensure financial report submitted to holding Co. on time
• Plan, manage and monitor the cash flow
• Maintain, implement and improve accounting, management information and internal control system.
• Manage e-invoices, verifying validity and ensuring compliance with LHDN guidelines & regulations.
• Liaise with banker, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and government bodies and regulator authorities.
• Costing and inventory control
• handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
• Good leadership and communication skills
• familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Position Allowance : MYR600

Special Allowance : Based on job function

Annual Leave : As per statutory requirement
