Finance Assistant Manager (Supervisor)

About The Role Our client, a manufacturing organization with international operations, is seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to join their Finance & Accounting team. This role offers broad exposure across financial analysis, reporting, and controllership, working closely with the FnA Team Leader to support stable financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and track Return on Investment (ROI) to support stable business operations
• Support internal and external audit processes, as well as tax-related matters
• Manage budgeting and monitor budget utilization status
• Conduct financial analysis, including P&L and COGS analysis by cost factor
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly funding and cash flow reports
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support other ad-hoc finance assignments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and planning functions
• Good English communication skills; CV must be submitted in English
• Excel or BI certification, or professional qualifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, tax agent) are a plus
• Honest, hardworking, team-oriented, responsible, with a can-do attitude
