Finance Assistant / Officer #FreshGraduate

• Review and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Review and ensure timely billing and collection from customers.
• Preparation of full set of monthly management accounts, including journals, bank reconciliations, reconciliations to sub-ledgers, on a timely basis.
• Liaise with business units and project teams to ensure timely closure of project final account and recording in the accounts.
• Maintain various accounting records including daily cashbook, on a timely basis.
• Any other matters as directed by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, and other relevant fields.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in ERP/SAP/AUTOCAD system is an added advantage.
• At least 1 years of accounting experience. FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME.
