Finance Assistant (Open for Fresh Graduates)

1. Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying and consolidating transactions.
2. Prepares and records assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
3. Maintains and balances affiliates accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
4. Maintains general ledger by transferring affiliates accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
5. Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience including Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Financial Reports. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
• Must be proficient in digital accounting and knows how to do manual set of books.
• Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems, Microsoft Office and iWork Applications.
• Flexible and keen to details.
