Finance Assistant - Part Time (~20 hours per week)

Hautapu, Cambridge - office based

With your previous experience in similar roles, you’ll jump straight in to supporting our Accountant and Finance Coordinators with the essential work that keeps the business ticking along, including:

• Supporting accounts payable processing - making sure invoices are handled accurately and on time
• Assisting with accounts receivable and credit control - keeping things moving and on track
• Completing reconciliations and resolving routine discrepancies
• Pitching in with month-end and reporting tasks
• Responding to everyday finance queries across the business
• Keeping systems, records, and templates tidy and up to date

About the role
This is a part-time, office-based position, averaging around 20 hours per week. We’re flexible on how those hours are worked to fit around life.

At peak times like month-end and year-end, you’ll ramp up to around 32 hours in that week, with shorter weeks either side - a bit of give and take to support the busier periods.
