Finance Assistant Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP
• Passionate about building a career in the Finance field
• Able to respond promptly to daily ad hoc reports and requests

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze cash flow, DSO-DPO calculations, and other financial statements, and perform routine controls
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports in a timely manner in line with business needs
• Follow up on income and expense invoices, maintain records in the Invoice Approval Tracking System, operational systems, and SAP
• Issue invoices when the required system conditions are met
• Review payment lists received from overseas offices and follow up on collections
• Gather information and provide supporting documentation requested by banks for payments subject to bank inquiries
• Support finance operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
