Finance Associate – Accounting Software

Role Snapshot

• Hands-on experience with Xero or other accounting/financial software, gained through internship, OJT, or professional work experience.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience using Xero or other accounting/financial software.
• Full time, Day shift, Iloilo (Onsite)

What you'll be working on:

• Maintain high-quality client service, especially for key accounts and multiple portfolios.
• Support compliance and operational tasks by following financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal procedures.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members via email, meetings, and phone calls regarding financial documents, reports, and follow-ups.
• Request purchase orders, confirm inspection details, and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Upload purchase orders and update financial records in internal systems such as BOSS.
• Process financial correspondence, certifications, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Review reports and documents, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist with financial data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks to meet deadlines.
• Participate in internal and external meetings as needed.
