Finance Associate (Accounts Payable)

• Identify the transactions based on the document given. This is to properly classify the transaction to their corresponding account titles and apply necessary withholding taxes, if applicable. This is in compliance with accounting standard and BIR.
• Recording of initial entries to NetSuite system.
• Ensure that all payments are paid on or before due date or as needed. For Cash Advance (C.A), Purchase Order (P.O) based expenses and other check requests. checks are dated on the date needed or due date. For utilities, make sure that checks are dated on or before due dates. Allowances, reimbursements and FDA cash advance replenishments are done on a weekly basis. Replenishment of Petty Cash Fund- Operating Expense (PCF-OPEX) are done once the PCF balance is at 50% level.
• Intercompany transactions entry is made every 20th and 30th 131st of the month.
• Once entry has been made already in the system, the print out file which is the APV will be forwarded to immediate head for posting.
• Update of the monitoring of utilities and check if there are unpaid

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
