Finance Associate (AR, AP, BIR)

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and cash flow.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including monitoring collections, processing invoices, and tracking payments.
• Assist in preparing and filing BIR tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable BIR regulations and tax requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with the accounting team regarding financial data and reports.
• Assist in monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures.
• Provide administrative support, including filing financial documents and assisting with audits.
• Respond to finance-related queries as needed.
• Support management in financial decision-making through data analysis.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related business course.
• At least 2 years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience.
• With hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Knowledgeable in BIR tax compliance, preparation and filing of tax returns, and other related tax documentation.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation, financial reporting, invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting or financial management tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records.
• Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Marilao, Bulacan.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

• Marilao, Bulacan: Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work (preferred).

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
