Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Operations
• Maintain the general ledger and record all financial transactions accurately
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and guest billing
• Assist in payroll preparation and staff reimbursements. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and inter-department accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of daily revenue and cash reports, Budgeting & Cost Control Support
• Assist in preparing departmental budgets and forecasts. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
• Provide support in variance analysis and cost control initiatives
• Maintain records of all departmental expenditures and invoices

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare financial reports such as daily revenue summaries, monthly statements, and management reports
