The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to take charge of the accounting operations for our Indonesia division. In this role, you will be the financial backbone of the team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic insight. A key differentiator for this position is the need for strong data skills; we are looking for someone who can leverage SQL for financial data extraction, management, and advanced analysis to drive business decisions.

What You Will Do

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare, analyze, and finalize financial reports, ensuring strict adherence to local Indonesian regulations and statutory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Tax & Payroll Administration: Ensure full compliance with local employment and tax laws, managing timely filings, payments, and payroll processes.
• Accounts Management: Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles, including invoicing, collections, and vendor settlements.
• Data-Driven Financial Analysis: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex financial datasets, delivering valuable insights that empower leadership decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks within the accounting function and implement streamlined solutions to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Audit Coordination: Act as the key liaison for internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring smooth audit processes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with the operations, sales, and regional finance teams to ensure financial data integrity and business alignment.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience (including substantial internships for fresh graduates), with a strong understanding—or a keen willingness to quickly learn—Indonesian accounting practices and tax regulations.
• Technical Edge: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is highly essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and modern accounting software is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
• Autonomy & Agility: Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
