About the role
A Finance Associate manages day-to-day accounting, processes vendor or freight payables, tracks customer billing, and reconciles accounts receivable.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier/freight vendor payments and handle client billing, invoicing, and collections tracking
- Match daily shipping transactions, cash allocations, and ledger entries to resolve billing discrepancies
- Update financial spreadsheets, assist in preparing operational budgets, and generate collection or aging reports
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related business courses
- Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 6 months to 1 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Prior background or internship in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and equipped with good communication skills
