About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Associate to support the company's finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, preparation and processing of BIR-related requirements, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Monitor company expenses, payments, collections, and disbursements
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and supporting records
- Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and other required reports
- Prepare supporting documents for tax payments and BIR compliance
- Monitor deadlines for tax filings and other government requirements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management
