Finance Associate

About the Role

The Finance Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Finance department by coordinating financial processes, maintaining accurate records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day finance operations and improve administrative efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide administrative support for finance operations and related activities.
• Coordinate and monitor finance-related requests, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, expense claims, and reimbursements.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and other finance schedules as required.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties to facilitate finance-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
• Support audits, process improvements, and other finance initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/finance systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
