Finance Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily financial and accounting transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, reports, and financial documents.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expenses.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and updated financial records.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
