Finance Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Associate to support day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and budget tracking. Great fit for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to grow their finance career within a fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budget summaries
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Track accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant regulations

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
