ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, book keeping and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in transaction handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting
• Track payments, expenses, and outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related queries
• Prepare reports and MIS as required

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B. Com is a mandate)
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable or similar role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Tally, Quickbooks and similar accounting software’s
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
