Duties

• Assist in the development of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting purposes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards and internal policies related to financial reporting and tax accounting.
• Use financial software tools to record transactions, generate reports, and streamline accounting workflows.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify financial information, provide updates, and support project management efforts.
• Work on day to day finances and making sure operations are running smoothly

Experience

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models and analyze large datasets using spreadsheets or specialized software.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately for decision-making purposes.
• Effective client communication skills combined with project management capabilities to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Some knowledge of the Transportation industry

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
