Finance Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, invoicing, sales documentation, and financial record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking, recording, and organizing financial documents.
• Ability to maintain organized and accurate documentation and ensure proper filing and document tracking.
• Capable of performing daily reconciliation of POS sales against cash, card, and other payment records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet daily deadlines.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability when handling financial and sales records.
• Good communication and coordination skills particularly when working with Operations, Cashiers, and the Finance Team.
• Willing to perform daily on-site monitoring of POS sales and related financial documentation.
• Fresh graduates with relevant intership experience are welcome to apply.
