Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and proper filing of all financial records.
• Generating and maintaining financial reports, including Daily Sales Reports and the Sales Journal.
• Verifying Official Receipts to ensure accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
• Preparing and processing vouchers for supplier payments and other disbursements, ensuring timely release.
• Updating and maintaining the bank passbook to monitor transactions and balances.
• Handling BIR-related tasks, including tax filings, compliance requirements, and coordination with BIR officers.
• Managing statutory contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG, ensuring accurate and timely remittances.
• Releasing checks for suppliers, employees, and other financial obligations, with proper documentation and tracking.
• Performing other finance-related administrative tasks as may be assigned
