Finance Associate

We’re looking for an Associate Accountant :

* Location: Giza, Egypt

* Work Model: Hybrid

* Experience: 2–3 years

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

🔑 Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), General Accounting, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Vendor Reconciliation.

• Good understanding of Tax & VAT compliance.

• Experience with Forms 41, 46 & 47 and VAT reporting.

• Experience with ERP / Accounting Systems — Xero is a plus.

• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Services environments is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of PO / GRN / Invoice 3-way matching.

• Experience with AP Aging, accruals, reversals, and payment preparation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices accurately.

• Perform invoice verification and 3-way matching.

• Support vendor payments and reconciliations.

• Assist with Tax & VAT filings.

• Support preparation of Forms 41, 46 & 47.

• Prepare AP aging and projected payment reports.

• Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
