Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims accurately and on time.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support preparation of financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending items.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial data within ERP/accounting systems.
• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting and financial issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors as required.
• Support process improvements and automation within finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in a structured corporate, multinational, or regulated environment.
• Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end closing.
