Finance Associate:

A Finance Associate is responsible for managing financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions and ensure financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Monitor budgets and track expenses vs. forecasts
• Conduct financial forecasting and trend analysis
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations
• Assist in financial planning and strategy development
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings
• Support audits and tax preparation
• Maintain financial systems and improve reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willing to be assigned in Calatagan, Batangas
