Finance Associate

• Collect and receipt customer payments (cash/check).
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
• Prepare collection reports and bank deposits.
• Record transactions in the system and maintain financial documents.
• Monitor accountable forms and process refunds, cash advances, and liquidations.
• Manage and replenish the dealer’s petty cash fund.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate of any related program
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With or without experience (prior experience is an advantage)
• Demonstrates accuracy in handling cash and transactions
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Possesses a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills

Pay: Php15,702.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
