Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, checks, billing statements, and other financial documents.
• Monitor collections, outstanding receivables, and scheduled payments.
• Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, official receipts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Assist with payroll-related computations and mandatory government remittances.
• Support tax filing and compliance with BIR and other government agencies.
• Coordinate with employees, suppliers, clients, banks, and external auditors regarding financial matters.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage but not required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information.
