Finance Associate

Lowell Catholic is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance Associate to join our Finance team. The Bookkeeper/Finance Associate position is a part time/full year position (including summer). This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain bookkeeping records
• Manage accounts payable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reports
• Maintain organized financial documentation

Requirements

• Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills
