FINANCE ASSOCIATE Department: Finance
Industry: Logistics and Delivery Operations
Reports To: Back Office Supervisor / Management

I. JOB SUMMARY The Finance Generalist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's financial activities related to logistics and delivery operations. This includes monitoring COD (Cash on Delivery) collections and remittances, branch operating expenses, cash advances and liquidations, fuel and fleet expenses, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Financial Management and Reporting

• Prepare billing statements and sales invoices.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly sales and expense reports.
• Compute and prepare monthly branch payouts.
• Verify financial transactions, computations, and supporting documents.
• Monitor billings, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Coordinate with branches/partners and other departments regarding financial discrepancies.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least two years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Experience in logistics, delivery operations, multi-branch financial monitoring, or COD reconciliation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to review financial reports, investigate discrepancies, and analyze operational expenses.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to supervise and guide Finance Associates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential financial information.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities, meet strict deadlines, and coordinate with different branches and departments.
• Willing to travel to branches or delivery hubs when required by operational needs.

V. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Back Office Supervisor / Management: Financial reporting, cost analysis, escalation of discrepancies, and implementation of financial controls.
• Finance Associates: Task supervision, report review, reconciliation, and monitoring of daily finance activities.
• Operations Department: COD collections, remittances, branch expenses, and operational financial concerns.
• Fleet Department: Fuel expenses, vehicle repairs, maintenance, and fleet cost monitoring..

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
