Finance Associate

Benchmark 365 is looking for a Finance Associate to join our Finance Team on a 3-month, full-time contract.

This role provides hands-on support across bookkeeping, financial administration, reconciliations, government compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with the Finance Team to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
• Assist with reconciliations and finance monitoring
• Process SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances
• Support BIR compliance, tax filings, and reporting
• Assist with business permits and regulatory requirements
• Support finance reporting and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation and government compliance
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively
• Experience with Xero or Australian bookkeeping is an advantage
