About the Role

This is a broad banking and finance role, with exposure to a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

• Work on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
• Handle general corporate and project finance matters, leveraged finance, real estate finance
• Act for both lenders and borrowers, including major banks, investment funds, investors, and corporates.

Qualifications

• Lawyers with ideally between one and four years’ PQE.
• A good, stable career history with rated finance team(s) in an international, London, or leading national firm.

Required Skills

• Experience in banking and finance transactions.

Pay range and compensation package

The firm pays a City salary, together with a full benefits package.
