Role Description The Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, supporting core financial operations and reporting activities. The role involves assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. The Finance Associate will help with financial reporting, reconcile accounts, track expenses, and support budgeting and forecasting tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing internal reports, coordinating with other departments to gather financial information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable standards. The role also requires clear communication with internal stakeholders and support for process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge with hands-on experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
• Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate integrity, a commitment to accuracy, the ability to work in a structured environment, and readiness to meet deadlines in a fast-paced aviation setting.
