Finance Associate - E commerce

Job Summary

Responsible for managing e-commerce transactions, marketplace settlements, payment reconciliation, and sales reporting across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily transactions across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Reconcile sales, payments, refunds, fees, and marketplace settlements against internal records.
• Review settlement reports and investigate discrepancies or unmatched transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments, refunds, and transaction issues and coordinate necessary resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate e-commerce sales, settlement, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, E-Commerce, and Operations teams to resolve payment and transaction concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms.
• Experience handling e-commerce transactions, settlements, payment reconciliation, or marketplace reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
