Finance Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

• Undergo a structured training program covering accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and business finance.
• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.
• Analyze financial data, variances, and business performance to support decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Work with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business operations.
• Participate in finance projects and progressively take on more complex responsibilities.
• Develop toward a long-term career as a Finance Business Partner (FBP).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical/problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken, written, and reading).

• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.

• Interested in building a long-term career in corporate finance and the iGaming industry.
