What they need
We are looking for a Finance Associate (Part-Time) to support basic finance and accounting-related tasks. This opportunity is ideal for an undergraduate student who wants to gain practical experience in finance operations.
Scope of Work
- Prepare check vouchers, with required presence every Friday, Monday, and Tuesday
- Assist in making bank deposits as a secondary task
- Prepare handwritten billings on a weekly and monthly basis
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BS in Management Accounting or a related course
- Undergraduate students are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Willing to report on required days, particularly Fridays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
